Mantra Monday’s is a new series dedicated to serve you with inspirational mantras to start off your week.

Set a goal for today, I mean don’t go crazy if everything doesn’t go as scheduled, but set a goal. Work on your inner balance and your outer balance. What are you feeding your spirit, and what are you pouring out. What in you needs to be checked in order for your full self to function in its totality?

Today I’m choosing to meditate a little longer and go kickboxing. My goal is to listen to my body and hear from God today. I don’t want to overthink, over work or overanalyze anything. When my mind isn’t clogged with unnecessary worries, it is easier for me to be grateful and capture moments and blessings I would otherwise miss. Balance is key.
